Can another agent discover what you are and what you can do?
Why it matters
Agent-to-agent protocols do not read your homepage; they read a card. A2A registered /.well-known/agent-card.json for exactly this, and it is how you appear in a directory rather than being found by accident.
How to fix it
Publish an A2A agent card at /.well-known/agent-card.json, and keep serving /.well-known/agent.json while older clients are still in circulation.
