ChatGPT can read available times and prepare an appointment. Completing a booking is waiting for production approval and an end-to-end booking test. For now, use the calendar below to book your call.
How the connected booking works
- Connect MCP Tool to your ChatGPT account. Verify your email once to set up your booking identity.
- Ask: “Find a 30-minute phone appointment with Gorden next week. My time zone is Europe/Berlin.” You can also choose Tobias or Thilo.
- Choose a time and provide your phone number in international format. ChatGPT prepares the details for fifteen minutes. This reserves nothing.
- Once booking is enabled, agree to receive a booking verification email. Its six-digit code is separate from the code used to connect your identity.
- Check the host, date, local time, time zone, name, email and phone, then explicitly confirm using the booking code. An accepted booking is confirmed; a pending booking still needs the host’s approval.
The integration must be connected to your ChatGPT account before ChatGPT can call its booking tools. You can disconnect it in ChatGPT at any time.
Connect the MCP server in ChatGPT
For testing, add a custom MCP connection using https://mcp-tool.com/mcp, choose OAuth and dynamic client registration, then follow the email verification. Availability of custom connections depends on your ChatGPT account and workspace settings.
